The outside was really deteriorated so Jeff ripped all the gunk off and now we are left with a insulated shell/motor. Then the hot tub needed to be tested to see if it worked so many test runs, and a few small parts, later, the tub was filled with water, the jets were activated and celebrations were had by all.

Now that we are sure the hot tub works, it must be moved or our very patient neighbor will probably start to hunt us down. So Jeff began construction on an extension to our existing deck (which wasn't big enough for a hot tub).
And this is where we are at right now! I think he's doing a great job. Hopefully we'll soon be hot tubbing the nights away!
